Where things stand
Our understanding of the project, so we're building from the same brief.
Today
Gallery Diamond runs on Magento with a custom middleware/CRM handling made-to-order diamonds and related workflows, integrated with the Nivoda API. This system stays live and untouched throughout the Shopify build.
September goal
A polished, launch-ready Shopify storefront of roughly 40–50 pages — covering design, payments, logistics, product data, and the Nivoda jewellery configurator — for both the UK and Greek entities.
After that
Once the Shopify storefront and the existing middleware are connected, tested, and proven stable together, we move to the middleware phase — planned as a separate, later engagement.
How we work
Module by module. Each module is built, reviewed, and approved by you before the next begins — no batching, no surprises at the end.
In direct response to your questions
Point by point, as raised.

Timeline & milestones
Set out in full below — six modules, each with its own deliverables, duration, and sign-off point.
-
◆
Progressive code handover
Kretoss Technology confirms that all core project code — theme, custom app code, and configuration — is handed to Gallery Diamond at the close of each module, not held back until final delivery. This proposal is written on that basis.
-
◆
Technical expertise
Our team works across React, Java, Laravel, Node.js, Python, and .NET for middleware and backend continuity, alongside Shopify/Liquid for the storefront, and maintains an in-house AI & automation practice for the content and configurator work this project needs.
-
◆
Middleware protection
Nothing in the existing middleware is removed, altered, or put at risk until the two platforms are connected and verified stable — this is a hard constraint on our side, not just yours.

◆
Pricing basis
The investment below is scoped specifically to the ten September deliverables you listed — not a generic monthly rate. See Investment.

Fine jewellery / luxury retail experience
We've already put two page designs together in Figma as working demos of the new direction, building on the homepage redesign you saw earlier — and we're currently in motion design for them now, which will be ready within two days. That's the concrete evidence we'd point to, alongside our broader Shopify and e-commerce build experience, rather than a general claim.
